Recent projects include BOUNCE (2021-2022) Aisling's multidisciplinary, explorative collaborations which place Aisling's original Irish harp composition and improvisation in dialogue with five artists: Emily Aoibheann (experimental circus art) Glenn Mc Mahon (parkour) Peter Power (music / art / installation) Sam O'Mahoney (film) and Daniel Jacobson (Jazz / electronics) The Magic Flute (2022) adapted for narrator, soprano, flute, viola and harp premiered at West Wicklow Chamber Music Festival with Autumn performances in The Whale Theatre, Greystones. Trio Tain PAUSE online concert series (2021), Trio Tain To A Child Dancing in the Wind concert series (2022).
Upcoming projects include the release of her debut solo harp album called The Folly of Melancholy (November 2022). In 2023 Aisling will continue here series of explorative collaborations with three international female artists Imogen-Blue Hinojosa, Shiva R Joyce and Una Palliser, funded by Arts Council Agility Award. Trio Tain will guide a cohort of Wicklow musicians through Music Networks instrumental residency and she will research and prepare her lecture-recital Ceol Sí: Fair Music for performances in every library in County Wicklow, funded by Strategic Project Funding through Wicklow Arts Office.
